What is the Pluxee account?
Pluxee will automatically set up an account for you with either the Gastro or Flexi card, where you will have access to all the necessary information and tools to manage your card. Within it, you will find a transaction overview, the current account balance, the option to reset your card PIN, and other useful features.
How can I log in to my Pluxee account?
The first login to your Pluxee account must be done on your computer via a web browser; only then can our mobile application be used. This is how to log in for the first time:
If you have been handed the card by your employer:
You will need the card number and security code, which you can find in the letter that you received along with the card. On the ucet.pluxee.cz page, click on the "Registration" button and then follow the instructions.
If the card has been delivered to your home address:
You will need your card number and access to the email that your employer provided when ordering the card. Typically, this would be your work email address. Go to the ucet.pluxee.cz page and click on the "Registration" button, then follow the on-screen instructions. To complete the registration, click on "Send Email" on the "Email Verification" screen. An email with a link to complete the registration will be sent to your email address.

I forgot my username for my Pluxee account. What shall I do?
Your username is usually your email. If you are unsure of your username, go to the ucet.pluxee.cz page and click on the "Log in" button. Then use the "Forgotten Email Address" option to retrieve your username.
What are the limits for Gastro or Flexi card payments?
The daily cumulative limit for meal and food payments with a Gastro card is CZK 20,000.
As for leisure benefit transactions, you can pay up to your remaining balance or up to the limit set by your employer.

How does the payment with an eVoucher (shared funds) proceed?
An eVoucher is an SMS code issued for a specific amount to a specific partner. You can create it directly in your Pluxee account or through the link at vyhledavac.pluxee.cz. When making a payment with a partner, simply provide them with the unique eVoucher number, which they will verify in the Pluxee systems. If you don't use the entire eVoucher amount, the unused portion will be automatically refunded to your account.
WARNING! eVouchers cannot be issued from points in the cafeteria. They are exclusively created directly in the Pluxee account using funds from the Flexi card, without the cafeteria.

How is the card protected from potential misuse?
Just like a regular bank card. All transactions are verified on-line. A PIN is always requested for a contact payment. Contactless payments of up to CZK 500 can be made without using the PIN. If the card gets lost or stolen, you can block it immediately to prevent its misuse.
How is a card payment made?
Card payment is just as convenient as regular payment cards.
If you have separate Gastro and Flexi cards, you can pay using both contact (inserted into the terminal) and contactless methods, just like a regular bank card. If you have both cards on a Multibenefit card, you can pay in restaurants and other partner places using both contact and contactless methods. Payments in the leisure partner places (pharmacy, fitness, and others) are only accepted through contact, which means inserting the card into the terminal.

What is the security code?
The security code is your key for the first time you log in to your Pluxee account at ucet.pluxee.cz (if your employer provided the card). You will also use this code to identify yourself in all future communications with Pluxee.
How shall I proceed if I lose my security code?
If this is your first time logging into your Pluxee account, please contact the HR representative who ordered the card for you. They can easily get the necessary information from the order portal, order.pluxee.cz. If you already have a Pluxee account, you can find your security code by clicking on 'Pluxee account settings' in the top right corner and then selecting 'Account Security.' A simple and hassle-free solution, just as we like it at Pluxee!
How is the card activated before its first use?
If your employer provided you with the card, it will be activated when you make your first payment to a Pluxee partner. During this transaction, insert the card into the terminal and enter your own 4-digit PIN.
If the card was mailed to your private address, you must confirm receipt in your Pluxee account before you can use it for the first time. Without this confirmation, you will be unable to make card payments.

Where can I pay with the card?
You can find a list of our partner places that accept our cards in the "Where to Buy" section. You will be redirected to our store locator for partner places, and the search filter will be preset automatically.

What shall I do if the payment at a terminal is declined?
The terminal's internet connection may fail during a payment attempt. In this case, we recommend asking the terminal operator to retry the payment. If your repeated payment is still unsuccessful, please contact Pluxee customer service at +420 233 113 435 or info.cz@pluxeegroup.com.
What shall I do in case contactless payments do not work?
If you are unable to make a contactless payment, please try using the contact payment method. Simply insert the card into the payment terminal and enter your PIN.
Is it possible to withdraw cash from an ATM or using cashback service at a partner place?
Withdrawing cash from an ATM or through the cash-back service is not possible. The cards can only be used for direct payment for goods and services at Pluxee partner locations.
Can I pay with benefit funds on an e-shop?
Yes, but only with partners who accept this type of payment. You can find the current list of e-shops where you can pay in your Pluxee account under the 'Where to Buy' section. In the filter settings for 'Payment Options,' select 'E-shops.'
What does it mean to pay through a payment gateway?
Selected e-shops allow you to conveniently pay directly with the Gastro and Flexi cards (or Multibenefit cards). When placing an order, simply choose the "Pluxee" option as the payment method and then enter your Pluxee account username. Confirm the payment in your Pluxee account, and the goods or services are instantly settled. You can find the current list of e-shops offering this option in your Pluxee account under the "Where to Buy", where you can easily filter "E-shops" according to your preferences.
What happens if I forget my card PIN?
If you forget your PIN code, you can reset it in the Pluxee app. Log in to your account, select the card for which you want to change the PIN (from the “Meal” or “Leisure” account), click on the gear icon next to the card number on the left, and choose “Reset PIN.” The card will then switch to the “Not yet activated” status. You can set a new PIN code during the next payment by contact method (inserting the card into the terminal) at a Pluxee partner. The same procedure applies if you decide to change your PIN code.
What happens if the card is lost or stolen?
If you lose your card or it is stolen, you can easily block it in the Pluxee Account app to protect the funds in your benefit account. Log in to your account, select the card you want to block (from the 'Meal' or 'Leisure' account), click on the gear icon next to the card number on the left, and choose 'Block card.' You can also block the card by calling the Pluxee customer service line at +420 233 113 435. After blocking the card, you can request a new one.
When do I need to use up my electronic meal vouchers so they don't expire? And where can I find out when they expire?
The validity of electronic meal vouchers is up to 16 months. New electronic meal vouchers are always valid from September 1st and expire on December 31st of the following year.
Funds loaded from January 1st to August 31st are always valid until the end of the same year.

You can check the meal vouchers that are nearing expiration in your Pluxee account. After logging in, click on the 'Accounts' tab, select 'Meal,' and in the 'Next expiration date' section, you will find information about the meal vouchers with the closest expiration date.

When do I need to use up my leisure-time funds so as not to let them expire? And where do I find when they expire?
The leisure-time funds’ validity is stipulated by the agreement between your HR department and Pluxee. When the card is used for payments, the oldest funds are debited first. The information about the expiry of your leisure-time credit can be found in your account details.
You can check the credits/points nearing expiration in your Pluxee account. After logging in, click on the "Accounts" tab, select "Leisure " and in the "Next expiration date" section, you will find information about the leisure credits that are expiring soon.

an I pay for a part of the purchase with cash or by a standard payment card?
Yes, this is possible. Please arrange with the staff to pay a portion of the amount with your benefit card and the remainder with your personal payment card or in cash.

To add your Gastro or Gastro Pass CARD to Apple Pay, you need to:
- Have a Pluxee Connect account,
- Ensure your card is in Active status.

What do you need to add a card to Apple Pay?
Compatible device
Apple Pay is available on iPhone devices (models 6 and newer, including iPhone SE) and Apple Watch (Series 1 and newer).

How to log in to the partner portal?
On the partner.pluxee.cz page, log in using your login details: your username (the email you used when registering for Pluxee Connect) and the code from the email or your password.

I forgot my username, what should I do?
Your username is the email you used when registering for Pluxee Connect. If you are unsure about your email, go to the partner.pluxee.cz page, enter your email, and click 'Continue.' If the error message 'Unknown email address' appears, you will find a 'Forgotten email address' link below the 'Continue' button. Click on this link to retrieve your username.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
To log in to the partner portal, you need to enter your email address and a verification code sent to your email. If you are logging in repeatedly from the same device, you may be required to enter a password. If you do not remember your password, click on 'Forgot Password' and enter your phone number. You will receive a verification code via SMS, after which you can set a new password.
